Perennial is a visual representation of a sense of placelessness felt through travel. The photographs in this work depict in-between moments and spaces.
The exhibition featured 11 gator board mounted archival inkjet prints at 30” x 40” and 25” x 30” and a book maquette made for my MFA thesis at University of Massachusetts Dartmouth.
The installation of Perennial included a sound composition with a run time of 10 minutes 29 seconds, looped.
Selections from this exhibition have been shown at East Manning Project’s True Ecology, MidwestNice Art’s Nice;01, and Illinois State University’s Alumni Spectacular.
